Explanation

Private Proposal Links And Client Privacy

ScopePilot separates public marketing pages from private client proposal pages.

Sent proposals use private proposal links. Clients do not need a workspace account to view and approve a proposal.

Private proposal pages are marked noindex and nofollow. They are also excluded from normal public-site navigation.

What Stays Internal

The client proposal page omits:

  • Internal notes
  • Internal costs
  • Gross profit
  • Gross margin
  • Target margin

The public view focuses on the proposal summary, investment, scope, timeline, terms, options, questions, and approval instructions.

Branding

Proposal pages can use workspace branding, including display name, logo, brand color, proposal footer, custom domain, and white-label settings when configured for the workspace.

Activity Tracking

ScopePilot records proposal lifecycle activity such as sent, viewed, approved, reminder, expired, comments, and option selections. These records support follow-up and approval history without making private proposal content public.
