Client Proposal Page Reference

The client proposal page is the private proposal link sent to a buyer.

Proposal Header

The header shows:

  • Agency or workspace brand
  • Prepared-for company
  • Proposal title
  • Proposal summary
  • Date prepared
  • Valid-until date
  • Investment total
  • Draft mark when shown from draft preview

Investment

The investment section lists client-visible line items with:

  • Service or line item name
  • Description
  • Pricing model
  • Quantity
  • Price

Internal costs, margin, and internal notes are not shown in the client proposal page.

Scope

The scope section shows client-facing proposal sections. Internal notes are filtered out.

Common section types include:

  • Summary

  • Timeline
  • Payment schedule
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Revision limits
  • Assumptions
  • Exclusions
  • Change requests
  • Terms

Client-Selectable Options

If options are configured, the client can select package options and submit their name and email.

Option selection records the selected options separately from final proposal approval.

Questions

Clients can submit a question or comment with name, email, and message body.

Questions do not approve the proposal.

Approval

The approval section explains that approval confirms acceptance of the scope, investment, and payment schedule described in the proposal.

Approval records the approver name, email address, timestamp, proposal version, and related audit details.

Invalid or unavailable proposal links show a not-found response.

Proposal and change order pages are marked noindex and nofollow.
