Manage Clients
Use clients to store the buyer information used in proposals and client links.Create A Client
- Open Clients.
- Enter the client contact name.
- Enter the company.
- Enter the email address.
- Optionally add phone and notes.
- Select Create client.
The client becomes available when creating proposals.
Create A Client While Creating A Proposal
When creating a proposal, choose the new-client path and enter:
- Client contact
- Company
- Optional notes
Use either an existing client or a new client in a proposal, not both.
Edit A Client
- Open Clients.
- Select Edit for the client.
- Update the name, company, or email.
- Select Save client.
Archive Or Restore A Client
- Select Archive to remove the client from active work.
- Select Restore to make an archived client active again.
Archived clients remain visible in the client area with archived state.
