Manage Clients

Use clients to store the buyer information used in proposals and client links.

Create A Client

  1. Open Clients.
  2. Enter the client contact name.
  3. Enter the company.
  4. Enter the email address.
  5. Optionally add phone and notes.
  6. Select Create client.

The client becomes available when creating proposals.

Create A Client While Creating A Proposal

When creating a proposal, choose the new-client path and enter:

  • Client contact
  • Company
  • Email
  • Optional notes

Use either an existing client or a new client in a proposal, not both.

Edit A Client

  1. Open Clients.
  2. Select Edit for the client.
  3. Update the name, company, or email.
  4. Select Save client.

Archive Or Restore A Client

  • Select Archive to remove the client from active work.
  • Select Restore to make an archived client active again.

Archived clients remain visible in the client area with archived state.
