Configure Workspace Branding And Delivery Settings

Use workspace settings to control proposal identity, proposal footer copy, custom domains, white-label display, and lifecycle webhooks.

Update Workspace Settings

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Update workspace name, slug, default currency, or target margin.
  3. Select Save settings.

Default currency is used for proposal and service pricing display.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In Logo, choose a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG image up to 1 MB.
  3. Select Save logo.

The logo can appear in proposal presentation areas.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In Branding, choose a brand color.
  3. Edit the proposal footer.
  4. Select Save branding.

Brand color and footer copy affect proposal presentation.

Add And Verify A Custom Domain

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In Custom domain, enter the hostname.
  3. Select Add domain.
  4. Review the verification token shown in the custom domains table.
  5. After the required DNS record is in place, select the domain, paste observed TXT records, and

choose Verify domain.

The domain status can be pending, active, or failed.

Configure White-Label Proposal Pages

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In White-label proposals, enable white-label proposal pages.
  3. Enter the brand name and support email.
  4. Select Save white label.

When white-label display is enabled for a workspace, client proposal pages use the configured display name and support email.

Create A Lifecycle Webhook

  1. Open Settings.
  2. In Lifecycle webhook, enter a webhook URL.
  3. Select the events to send.
  4. Select Create webhook.

Available event types are:

  • proposal.sent
  • proposal.viewed
  • proposal.approved
  • proposal.reminder_sent
  • proposal.expired

The settings page also shows webhook delivery status and attempt count.
