Configure Workspace Branding And Delivery Settings
Use workspace settings to control proposal identity, proposal footer copy, custom domains, white-label display, and lifecycle webhooks.Update Workspace Settings
- Open Settings.
- Update workspace name, slug, default currency, or target margin.
- Select Save settings.
Default currency is used for proposal and service pricing display.
Upload A Logo
- Open Settings.
- In Logo, choose a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG image up to 1 MB.
- Select Save logo.
The logo can appear in proposal presentation areas.
Set Brand Color And Proposal Footer
- Open Settings.
- In Branding, choose a brand color.
- Edit the proposal footer.
- Select Save branding.
Brand color and footer copy affect proposal presentation.
Add And Verify A Custom Domain
- Open Settings.
- In Custom domain, enter the hostname.
- Select Add domain.
- Review the verification token shown in the custom domains table.
- After the required DNS record is in place, select the domain, paste observed TXT records, and
choose Verify domain.
The domain status can be pending, active, or failed.
Configure White-Label Proposal Pages
- Open Settings.
- In White-label proposals, enable white-label proposal pages.
- Enter the brand name and support email.
- Select Save white label.
When white-label display is enabled for a workspace, client proposal pages use the configured display name and support email.
Create A Lifecycle Webhook
- Open Settings.
- In Lifecycle webhook, enter a webhook URL.
- Select the events to send.
- Select Create webhook.
Available event types are:
proposal.sentproposal.viewedproposal.approvedproposal.reminder_sentproposal.expired
The settings page also shows webhook delivery status and attempt count.
